Alec’s path began with over thirty years in the emergency services as both police officer and paramedic, witnessing trauma, loss, and resilience at first hand.

That experience, combined with advanced study in trauma-informed practice, embodied coaching, mentorship and modern applied psychology, revealed that true healing requires connection, meaning, and the restoration of power.

Answering the call to shamanic practice, Alec now weaves his lived experience with ancient and modern methods to create safe, transformative spaces for healing and growth.
